Ballerup municipality is now selling a large area in the well-known and centrally located business area of Baltorpvej, west of Ballerup town centre. The area is situated close to the idyllic village of Pederstrup and offers views over the scenic wetlands of Råmosen.

The municipality is selling a total of 90,000 square metres, which can be divided into plots of 8,000-60,000 square metres. All of the above sites are developed and ready to build on.

The area forms part of local plan number 101 and is zoned for modern, technology-intensive business of an administrative character, including trade and service businesses possibly combined with light manufacturing.
